Cert Prep Platform is a one-person operation. Here is exactly who runs it, where the servers live, and how content quality actually gets maintained.

I'm a solo developer. I run a couple of small software products out of Poland, this one included. Cert Prep Platform is not a venture-backed startup. There is no marketing team, no content farm. If you email contact@passmycert.app, I read and reply.

I built Cert Prep Platform in April 2026 after the PMI materials update for the 2026 exam format landed. Existing tools were slow to update and most of them charged monthly for content that was not yet accurate. The gap felt worth filling.

A small server in Germany, nothing fancy.

• Host: Hetzner CX23, Frankfurt region.
• OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
• Runtime: Node.js 22 with pm2 keeping the bot process alive.
• Database: SQLite with WAL journaling. Will migrate to Postgres when the write load demands it.
• TLS: Let's Encrypt, auto-renewed by certbot.
• Web: nginx serving the static landing and the Mini App build, proxying /api to the Node process.

No AWS, no Kubernetes, no observability SaaS. One server, one binary, one database file. Boring architecture on purpose.

Built from primary sources, reviewed by hand.

The question bank is written against rules that took several rounds to settle:

• Scenarios, not trivia. Each question is a 2 to 4 sentence realistic situation with plausible distractors.
• Sourced from the public PMI Exam Content Outlines and AWS Well-Architected pillars. No leaked exam material, no copy-paste from copyrighted PMBOK text.
• Explanations reason about each option specifically, not just "the other answers are wrong".
• Correct-answer letter is uniform across A, B, C, D so users cannot game it by pattern.
• Plain technical voice. No marketing cliches like "seamless", "leverage", "comprehensive", "empower".
• Domain weights mirror the real exam: PMP 2021 ECO 42/50/8, PMP 2026 ECO 33/41/26, AWS SAA-C03 30/26/24/20.

Every question has a Report button. I review reports weekly and fix or delete anything flagged. If you find a wrong answer, use the button. It is the single most useful thing you can do for the bank.

Honest limitations.

• No exam dumps. We don't republish leaked questions from real PMI or AWS exams.
• No guarantees about passing. Practice improves your odds. It doesn't replace studying primary materials.
• Not a generic tutor either, scope is limited to the certifications on the roster.
• Not affiliated with PMI or AWS.
• No behavioral advertising, no third-party analytics, no Google tracking on the landing.
