What we store.

• Your Telegram user id, first name, and username (if you set one).
• Your language preference (from Telegram).
• Your active cert, tier, subscription status, and answers to questions you've seen.
• Payments: transaction id, amount, plan purchased. We don't store your card.

What we do not store.

• Your phone number.
• Your email, unless you sign up through the web checkout (Lemon Squeezy) where email is required for receipts.
• Any message other than bot commands.

Where data lives.

A single SQLite database on our server in Germany (Hetzner, Frankfurt region). No third-party analytics, no Google tracking, no Facebook pixel. Payments are handled by Telegram Stars (for Telegram checkout) or Lemon Squeezy (for card checkout); those providers have their own privacy policies.

Deletion.

Message the bot with /delete_me and we wipe your record within 24 hours. Or email contact@passmycert.app.
